Ordering Information at Canine Couture.

Shipping And Handling

At Canine Couture we use Royal Mail for most of our orders and a courier for next day delivery, heavier items and orders of a higher value.

Our delivery rates are below:

  • UK and Ireland:
  • All orders - £2.95 per order
  • Europe:
  • Under £60 - £4.95 per order
  • £60 and above - please contact us to arrange shipping costs
  • USA / Rest of the World:
  • Under £60 - £15.00 per order
  • £60 and above - please contact us to arrange shipping costs

We currently only provide full online ordering for UK and Ireland customers. If you are interested in ordering from the US, Europe or the rest of the world, and purchasing more then £60, please do contact us, and we will be happy to provide a shipping cost for you.

Registering/Accounts

Registering is optional, you can simply enter your address and contact details, without completing the login details, but you could miss out.

The next time you order from us, you can simply enter your Email address and Password, you will also be able to view your Orders, past and present, along with being able to update your Billing and Delivery addresses.

If you have already registered for an account on this site, but have forgotten your login details, you can use the Reminder system, which will email your Password to you.

VAT Charges

Canine Couture are not VAT registered, no VAT is applied to the ordering price, and for orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, no VAT is reduced from the price.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to send in stock products within 5 working days.

If an item in your order is not in stock you will be notified and we will aim to dispatch these items within 14 days of your order.

All products are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd class post, and unfortunatly sometimes a delivery may be held up by Royal Mail.

When you enter your address details, we provide a country dropdown, which lists all the countries we can accept orders from.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent and in all circumstances your information will never be passed on to a third party.

Returns Policy

Canine Couture take your satisfaction very seriously and we do our upmost to ensure you are happy with your experience with us.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect product that is different from the description given, damaged or faulty please contact us and we will replace the item or refund the cost. All faulty or damaged goods should be reported to Canine Couture within 7 days of the delivery of the order.

If an item you purchased is the wrong size we will exchange it for another size or a refund the cost of the item should an alternative size not be available/exists (excluding any postage and packing costs) but the additional postage costs will have to be paid by yourself. So please take the time to measure your pet before placing an order. We are always pleased to answer any sizing questions you might have regarding sizing.
